I know, its been a long time. I'm seven months pregnant now and super busy. I've had this plan of creating a very special freebie for everyone. I started it... don't know when I'll be done.
I just wanted to take a minute to stop by and say hi. I hope you all had a great summer. Personally, I'm happy fall is here! It was way too hot and humid.
Out of curiosity... are any of you homeschoolers?

Mini Update And A Sneak Peek!
I just wanted to let you know that my Grab Bag is still available, but only through this weekend. I'll be adding everything separately to my store at that point. So pick it up now, its still only $3.00.
I've had a lot going on in my life lately. I haven't had much time to design or even scrap this month. I won't go into detail because it is family stuff. I will tell you that I'll be making some changes in my life. I'm trying to prioritize. My family needs me right now, but I also need time to myself. I stepped down from Dani's CT team. I am still working with Miss Tiina, Gypsy Couture and Mari Koegelenberg. I haven't been the best CT these last few months, but that is changing. I need to make time to scrap, it is like therapy for me. I actually made two layouts tonight, I'll share once the kits are released. I've also been very busy completely updating my website. Did you know I have a website? Well, I do. It was in desperate need of a makeover, I hadn't changed it in like a year and a half (I think). If you'd like to see it, just click here. You know what else I did tonight? I designed a mini kit! It is one of two upcoming releases. The other is a huge surprise though. I'll be back to share some of my recent layouts and the releases. I'll leave you with a sneak peek of what I made tonight. Hope you like it. Oh and if you take the time to look at my website (or maybe even leave me a comment), know that I really do appreciate it.

Happy Scrapping!

Project 365 - Take 2
I tried P365 last year, but decided to stop in the Spring. This year I'm trying again. I thought I'd share some pictures... not sure yet if I'll post them all.
I took these pictures of my son yesterday in his room. I love how they turned out. The first picture will be my pic of the day, it is SO him! The others are a few of my favorites. It was his idea to take pictures of his hands and toes, love it!

My son and I love to get crafty! We were playing with some foam shapes today. This is the first time he draws a whole body. The face shape and hair were foam pieces he glued on construction paper. He drew everything else with markers. I'm so proud- he just turned three in November! The first picture is the pic of the day, the other is a closer look at "Daddy". (The figure to the left is the sample I made to show him how to make a boy.)

Pretty good, huh? Well, I hope you enjoyed my pictures. I'll be back soon.

Anyone near Milwaukee, WI???
Hi everyone!
I know it's a longshot, but my sister helped plan a Christmas Craft Fair at Our Lady Queen of Peace School in Milwaukee, WI. My nephews attend that school and the kids are trying to raise money for their Washington D.C. trip. If you are in the area you should come check it out, I'll be there!
Here is a little flyer I made for you guys using Holiday Spirit by Dani Mogstad:

August Desktop Challenge
I just posted August's Desktop Challenge, make sure to check it out. I think it'll be a fun one. This month I want you to be happy and motivated! You may scrap your desktop however you wish. I scrapped myself a birthday desktop, since I will be turning 30 on the 20th! I'm excited, I love birthdays. The picture is my motivation. That's me... or at least it was me. That picture was taken the night before I found out I was pregnant. In the year before getting pregnant I lost 50 pounds by eating healthy and working out. I've been putting it off, but I finally started getting active again. I need to get healthy. That picture is meant to motivate me - I've done it before and I can do it again.

Do you like it? I used my new kit... the one I mentioned earlier. I love it! You can also pick up the calendar in the challenge thread.
Here is an update on my new found motivation to walk. I took today off because I didn't sleep very well last night. In the last week I walked a total of 22 miles, all while pushing my son! Isn't that great?! I know it does not compare to how much I was working out before, but I am on my way...
I'll be back tomorrow, Gypsy Couture is releasing a new kit and I have a very special layout to share. Speaking of which, you can win her kit here.

Finally Getting It Together!
I have a very long to-do list, but this week I've actually been getting stuff done.
I've been wanting to update my blog for months, I finally did it. For the most part, I used my Roxy! Kit. I had so much fun updating it. Do you guys like it? Would any of you be interested in Blog kits? I've been toying around with the idea of creating some for my store.
I've also been working a new kit. It's looking great, if I do say so myself. I've also been keeping myself busy with another artistic venture, but I'm not ready to share it with you just yet.
On a personal note: You may or may not know that I'm overweight. Before having my son I was VERY fit, but in the process of carrying a 10 pound baby I gained 75 pounds! I didn't even eat a lot of junk food, I craved Vanilla Almond Special K cereal 24 hours a day and I ate it with skim milk. I did however stop working out. I had really bad nausea my first trimester, then I just had an excuse to be lazy. I lost 25 pounds during the nine months I nursed him, since then I'll lose 10 or 15 pounds... then I'll gain it back. I know exactly why it is - I lose the weight by eating better then gain it back as soon as I start slipping. I have yet to set foot in a gym. Well, I decided enought is enough. I've walked eleven miles so far this week, all while pushing my 38 pound two year old in his stroller. I have an eight mile walk all planned out for us tomorrow. My plan is to make a habit of walking regularly during the next four weeks, I want to start jogging in August. I hope to be able to start running in September, then I'll join a gym once it gets too cold for me to have Ignacio (my son) ouside for that long. I'll update you on my progress... I need to hold myself accountable.
If you read this whole post - Thank You. I'll be back in the morning with a freebie for you. ;)
